For Profiltra, it supports a sharper focus on its core business areas, while for Ceetak, it expands further growth in the continental European market.<\/p>\n<p>With a heritage dating back to the 1960s, the Sealing Solutions team is well known for its technical expertise, reliability, and long-standing customer relationships. As part of the agreement, all team members, operations, and customer and supplier engagements have transitioned to Ceetak, ensuring stability and continuity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step forward for both companies<\/strong><strong><em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong>Andy Cleaver, Managing Director of <a href=\"https:\/\/ceetak.com\/\">Ceetak Ltd<\/a>.:<br \/>\n<em>\u201cThis asset purchase is a natural fit for Ceetak\u2019s long-term growth strategy.
