REFRACTORY INSULATION BRICKS

Insulation bricks up to approx. 1100ºC

  • Resistant to temperatures up to 1100ºC
  • Back-up insulation of refractory cladding
  • Combine porosity with excellent insulation values
  • High mechanical strength, low heat storage and excellent resistance to gas permeability
  • Available in both internally approved sizes and custom-processed
  • Available in the following materials:
  • Moler (800ºC), Perlite (800ºC) and Vermiculite (1100ºC) bricks

Refractory insulation bricks up to approx. 1800ºC

  • Available in sizes 230 x 610 x 64 or 76 mm and 250 x 640 x 64 mm
  • Available in special moulds and may be customized by us if desired
  • Deviating sizes are available on request, ask about our options
  • Temperature fields of 1260ºC to 1760ºC

Refractory bricks (Dense)

  • Applications with extreme mechanical, chemical or thermal requirements, such as the inside of a wood-fired oven
  • Are used in the (petro-)chemical industry, under very corrosive circumstances and high mechanical stress
  • Consist of chamotte, high alumina and silica
  • Available in standard sizes and customized if desired

Blakite

  • Mortar for gluing bricks together individually
  • Resists temperatures of up to 1760ºC
  • Available in 20 kg cans
