Your Role:
As the Technical Sales Manager in Performance Materials, you’ll be in a dynamic and challenging business development role. You will pay an important part in Profiltra’s objective to grow earnings for new opportunities and to drive overall business growth within the Color Solutions department for the region Benelux & France. As such, you are passionate about developing new products and ardently following up to achieve overall business goals and strategies.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant experience and knowledge in the field of raw materials for paints, coatings and plastics
- Professional sales personality with strong advisory and negotiating skills
- Team spirit and a strong hands-on mentality
- The ability to think independently and strategically
- Solution-oriented approach with a high level of customer commitment
- Enjoys travelling to Belgium and French customers on a regular basis
- Has very good knowledge of French, English and Dutch
- Has experience with Exact Software (preferred) and Microsoft Office
