SALES ENGINEER PIPING TECHNOLOGY & WEAR SOLUTIONS
Location: Belgium/Southern Netherlands | Fulltime: 38 hours p.w.| Level: Bachelor work level (HBO)

We are looking for a commercial talent who can support both existing and new customers with tailored advice on wear-resistant components, expansion joints and more. As a Sales Engineer within our Piping Technology & Wear Solutions department, you will have the opportunity to build and grow your own client portfolio. What you’ll do:
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer base, as well as exploring new markets. Your primary focus will be on Flanders (Belgium), though the role may also include Southern Netherlands/Limburg and Eastern Wallonia, depending on your preference and availability.
You will provide technical advice, translate customer needs into practical solutions and ensure excellent service throughout. You will receive full training in our specific approach and be introduced to our trusted suppliers, so you can confidently communicate product specifications and technical possibilities.
Ideally, you bring experience in technical sales and have knowledge of our markets or product range. But if you have strong technical insight and are eager to learn, we will provide thorough support and onboarding to help you make an immediate impact and keep developing.

Our ideal candidate:
We’re looking for a results-oriented and responsible Sales Engineer who recognizes themselves in the following profile:
- MBO+/Bachelor working and thinking level, with strong commercial insight
- A professional sales personality with excellent advisory and negotiation skills, focused on delivering the right solutions for our clients. Affinity with technology is essential
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and spoken (German is a plus)
- A proactive and hands-on mindset, with initiative, analytical skills and the ability to manage projects independently
- A strong team player who promotes collaboration between inside and outside sales teams to exceed customer expectations
