Then you are the ideal candidate to become part of our enthusiastic inside sales team. We are looking for an extra team member for our Color Solutions department within the Performance Materials group.
Job description:
As indoor sales representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and suppliers. You maintain good customer relationships and ensure optimal satisfaction. You will process orders, make calculations and corresponding quotations, monitor stock and delivery times and fulfill commercial agreements.. You have a good overview of the sales activities by using our ERP and CRM system.
Besides the current two Customer Relations employees, the professional team consists of; three Technical Sales managers who supervise the sales processes, a Business Manager who manages the colleagues in the inside sales department and a Business Director who determines the strategic vision and policy of the department. Together we motivate each other to achieve sales targets and further expand the customer base. As part of our team, you will work closely with international colleagues.

- salary indication of € 2.600 – € 3.400 (based on full-time employment).

- HBO thinking and working level
- Commercial insight
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in Dutch, English and German
- Technical affinity and/or experience
- Energetic, practical, initiative, analytical and independent
- Can coach, support and stimulate in the team
- Promotes good and effective cooperation and communication from the inside and outside sales department
- Available full-time from Monday to Friday (38-hour work week)
- Experience gained in a similar position and knowledge of pigments (plus)
- Experience with Exact (plus)
